Stradman Buys Juggernaut 6×6 (Ram TRX), Dangerous Stunt Gets Him Age-Restricted

We were aware that Apocalypse 6×6, the company that does many of those famous 6-wheel truck conversions, had built two of their latest model at the same time. We’re talking about the Juggernaut, which costs $300,000 and looks nothing like the Ram TRX that it’s based on. Famed car YouTuber TheStradman is one of the buyers, and the crazy stunts have already begun rolling.

Three days ago, TheStradman released a video “We Took Delivery of the JUGGERNAUT!“. An unusually low number of people watched it, not because the thumbnail clickbait magic didn’t work, but because YouTube age-restricted the video. And when that happens, it doesn’t get promoted by the platform.

While Stradman talks about the restriction on the community page and on social media, the reason isn’t discussed. But we have a pretty good idea what happened. There is a clause in the guidelines that says a video may be restricted if it shows “adults participating in dangerous activities that minors could easily imitate, such as challenges that cause bodily injury.”

If you turn your attention to the 3-minute mark in the video, you’ll see the Juggernaut driving right over Stradman. Most of the car videos that are popular with kids contain some level of danger. But driving over somebody might literally kill the person if you’re not using such a high-riding truck.

Interestingly, the Juggernaut is based on a normal 6×6 conversion for the TRX, exactly like the one Apocalypse made for another YouTuber channel, The Triple F Collection. Now, they jumped their $250,000 vehicle and it really did seem like they got injured during the stunt, unlike Stradman. So if you plan on doing something stupid with your 6-wheeled truck, just make sure the kids can’t imitate you.

In 2020, Stradman began work on his first crazy 6×6, which was a conversion based on the Jeep Gladiator. But even though that came with the monster of all engine swaps, the Juggernaut is cooler. It’s got fully bespoke bodywork that makes it as ugly and distinctive as a Batman villain.

The front bumper is covered in angular shapes that give it a stealthy effect, while the fenders are how gaping openings that barely cover those massive 40-inch tires with custom wheels. Thankfully, the TRX comes standard with the necessary torque to move this much rugger, and even the standard 702 horsepower setup of the 6.2-liter HEMI was upgraded to 850 horsepower.

Although YouTubers and other celebs normally use this just to show off, the 6×6 is built tough with locking diffs and Dana 60 axles, and a 100-gallon auxiliary fuel tank. A high-performance cooling system has been designed so this can cope with the heat, but the interior features numerous luxury upgrades, including a Harman Kardon audio, leather-wrapped dash, 360-view cameras, and ventilated seats.
