Jeep Gladiator 6×6 “Apocalypse HellFire” Has Oculus Tron Bumper and Sandy Kevlar Finish

The Apocalypse HellFire is already famous, especially in Florida. They’ve recently sold one at Barrett-Jackson for big money, and Jay Leno even drove one, so you know it’s legit. Several examples of this crazy Jeep Gladiator 6×6 have been put together, but this is by far the best one yet.

The Jeep has been so heavily customized that it’s got its own identity now: the Apocalypse HellFire. Apocalypse 6×6 is the name of the company, and you can pretty much guess what they do. Currently, they offer a TRX conversion too, and I think they’re behind the Bronco 6×6 as well.

This fully customized example of the body of the Gladiator. The frame is heavily customized to accommodate some extra wheels, and the rear bed is all made from scratch. the HellFire has that specific wedge-like shape, but there are other models.

A lot of the front bodywork is also custom, including the windshield frame, the short fenders and a massive hood with vents. But new to this build is the one-of-a-kind Oculus Tron front Grumper, which I think is inspired by the game Battlefield 2042.

A new nose section made from fiberglass houses one long strip of LED lights which looks nothing like a regular Jeep and produces 15,000 lumens. In this color combination, this looks like one of those rare stormtrooper types.

Speaking of the color, Apocalypse Jeeps always have this 3-part epoxy Kevlar coating. It’s probably not bulletproof, but it looks cool, like having bedliner finish all over your car. Most of the Jeep’s shell is finished in “sandstorm”, but they used a little bit of black on the fenders and grille, making it look like army surplus from Iraq.

Another special feature of this particular example is the addition of a night-vision/thermal image camera which can detect heat signatures up to 5 miles away and can articulate 360 degrees. Sounds like a pretty fun toy to play with.

Gladiator 6×6 engine options

Big wheels are to be expected, six of them. 40-inch tires are fitted around 22-inch SFJ rims which have a really nice copper finish. A powered side step gives easier access to the custom interior which is done in rugged-looking leather and accommodates 12-inch infotainment.

The Jeep 6×6 conversion costs about $150,000 to $200,000 and it comes with multiple engine swap options. You can get a diesel, a 500 horsepower LS, a Hellcat motor and the regular 392 Hemi V8 making 485 horsepower.

Florida seems to be this mecca of 6×6 construction. When Shmee150 drove a Raptor 6-wheeler, it was there. Apocalypse Manufacturing and South Florida Jeeps are both owned by the same guy, Joseph Ghattas, who also has a Jeep dealership. And we just showed you that 6×6 conversion on the new Toyota Tundra pickup.
